Our latest project is a two flat frame house and totally gut rehabbed. We replaced all the electrical systems including main service wires and fixtures, plumbing systems, new high efficiency windows, drywalls and insulations, new furnace and water tank heater, new bathroom vanities and fixtures, kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink and fixtures, replacement of new roofing systems, ceramic tiles and finishing of hardwood floors including interior painting.
